Booking Information

Our booking system works on a per-room occupany basis. Therefore, if you need to book 2 twin/double rooms for a total of 4 people, please enter the number of adults as 2 in the above box and choose 2 rooms. As rooms can be booked per equal Room Type, to book an additional different Room Type we suggest you proceed with a new reservation for each different Room Type.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT BOOKINGS WHICH INCLUDE CHILDREN

Children are very welcome, but are only included in the booking form for informational purposes. It is the responsibility of the person booking the room(s) to ensure that the room(s) booked have an appropriate number of beds to accommodate their children and do not exceed the maximum occupancy per room, which is 2 persons per room for twin and double rooms. Children cannot occupy a single room. Our Family Rooms only accept a maximum of 2 adults plus one or two children (not 3/4 adults). If you require a cot, please contact us prior to booking to check availability.

Check-In Information

Our check-in desks are manned until 10pm only. If you are arriving late, please contact us with details and we will be glad to help.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received before 2pm on the day before arrival or you will be charged at the full rate. If you need to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before arrival, we recommend that you telephone us to cancel to ensure that we receive notification in time.

Modification policy:

You may modify your booking online, or by telephone or fax in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Child policy

Children welcome. Please read our important note above regarding the appropriate number of beds. Family Rooms only accept max. 2 adults plus one or two children (not 3/4 adults).
